This is Eliazar.
He lives with parents, siblings, uncles, grandparents, and cousins – around 15 people. More people than there’s space for. And more people than the family’s pooled resources can stretch to provide for. Eliazar felt overlooked and without goals or dreams.
And Eliazar was sometimes so hungry he couldn’t help but cry.
The meals you give today are an answer to Eliazar’s prayers. When Eliazar arrives at school, he receives a healthy, nutritious meal. His tummy is full, he has a smile on his face, and he’s ready to learn. He knows that God gives food to the hungry.
